Mission

Millersville Area Meals on Wheels (MAMOW) is here to provide nutritious, ready-to-eat meals for residents in the Penn Manor School District area who are unable to cook or shop for themselves.

We provide up to two meals per day, Monday through Friday. Our meals are nutritious, home-style, and served on a 40-menu rotation so they never get boring.
